When you shop at www.TO-BE.com, you are granted a right of cancellation for a period of 14 days. Below, you will find a guide explaining how to proceed if you want to make use of your right of cancellation.

If you wish to return a product, you must - within 14 days at the latest from the day you receive your order - send an email to support@to-be.com or contact us on phone +45 23 332 305, where you inform us that you wish to return the product and state your order number.

Send your products in the original packaging within 14 days at the latest from the day you have directed our attention to the fact that you wish to return the product.

Fill in a return label and send it together with the products you wish to return. If you have lost the return label, you can download a new here – (Download here)
4.
The shipment costs for the return of a product are paid by you and are not covered by TO BE Continued A/S.
5.
Your money will be refunded within 14 days after we have been informed about your return of the product. However, the refund will not take place until we have received the products or documentation indicating that the products have been dispatched.
6.
If the products are not received in their original packaging or in their original condition, as when you received them from us, we take the liberty to discredit your account an amount equivalent to the decrease in product value.

You carry the responsibility for the product until it is received at our address. Therefore, you must ensure that the product is responsibly packaged the same way as when you received it from us. We recommend that the product is to be sent using Track and Trace, enabling you to prove that the product has been returned to us.
Once the product is in our warehouse in its original condition, the purchase price of the product will be refunded within few days. The refund will be credited to the same credit card used in connection with the purchase, unless otherwise is indicated by you.
Should you fail to return the product in its original condition or original packaging, it may be expected that the refund amount is reduced in proportion to the decrease in product value. Decrease in value may for example occur if the product is damaged in your custody.
COMPLAINTS IN CASE OF A FAULTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Trade on our website is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the regulation regarding defects in the purchased product. Depending on the concrete situation, you have the right to get a defective product repaired or exchanged and in certain circumstances have the money refunded or get a reduction in the price.
You must complain within a reasonable time
The complaint must be legitimate, and therefore the right to complain does not cover faults and damages occurring as a result of mistaken usage, the lack of maintenance or wear and tear of continual use. You must complain timely, and we recommend that you complain immediately after noticing that the purchased product is faulty.
At TO BE Continued A/S, we make an effort to deliver high-quality products. Nonetheless, if you were to receive a defective product, please refer to support@TO-BE.dk or phone +45 22 332 305. In order to be able to process your complaint to best effect and promptly, we will need picture documentation and a description of the noted defect(s) in the product. After receiving the forwarded material, we will evaluate your complaint after which you will be contacted by us.
In some situations, we will request you to return the faulty product with reference to further increasing the quality assurance at our suppliers. If this occasion should arise, your freight costs will be refunded by us.
The responsibility of the product lies with you until we receive the product at our address. Therefore, you must ensure that the product is properly packaged. We recommend that you dispatch the package as Track and Trace, so that you are able to prove that you have returned the product to us.
